Tele Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) The Tele Marketing Specialist will be a hybrid role and the person will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the sales associates by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets. The role will be to work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant and new contacts for Outbound calls and simultaneously attend Inbound calls coming from various channels like website, IndiaMart, google & social media. Inhouse CRM (Salesforce.com) will be used as a tool for all functional operations. Through various tele marketing techniques and analysis, the Tele marketing Specialist pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion. The candidate will be based in Mumbai and reports to the Marketing Head/Manager, India and closely work with Divisional stakeholders, Sales, Service, Marketing and Customer Care Team members.. Your Responsibilities Liaise between India commercial and Regional Marketing teams on planning, executing, and tracking tele marketing campaigns to align with business goals and regional strategy Define, monitor, analyze and improve campaign KPIs to contribute annual funnel & order generation targets for LMS India Report campaign results and optimization recommendations to stakeholders via CRM tools (SFDC) Contribute to the Lead management process by following Lead qualification process, uploading leads in CRM, leads follow up, tracking & analysis Outbound: Perform Outbound calls to existing or new database from different sources (CRM, Events list, purchased database, channel partners list, etc.) for all the segments to identify & uncover the customer\'s needs & demands Contact the customers to generate Market Qualified Leads (MQLs) on LMS product or services across all the divisions by obtaining detailed information such as product of interest, timeline of purchase, budget plan, competition information, etc. Enter all related details in CRM (SFDC) for follow-up of the activities by assigning the lead further to the respective sales associate and pursue through the lead cycle Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations Maintain SFDC hygiene by on time MQL to SQL conversion, monitoring and follow-up of aging opportunities, customer queries Manage the customer database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activities can take place to generate new business Support other marketing channel lead qualifications like Email, PPC & field events utilizing outbound calls Inbound: Answer and record the details of the incoming telephone calls from potential customers, distributors, who have been solicited by various marketing efforts Maintain the incoming emails by scrutinizing them as leads, opportunities, complaints and enter it appropriately in the CRM (SFDC) Monitor tender details and communicate them to the respective team members follow-up and update the opportunity in SFDC of win/loss details Our Expectations At least 2-4 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role Graduate in Arts/Science/Engineering or equivalent Excellent communication skills and strong telephone etiquette with command on English & Hindi language.
