The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, explaining products and services, answering queries, and generating leads or sales. The role also involves maintaining customer records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting daily/weekly call targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM/software.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Escalate complex queries to the supervisor/manager when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
0-3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service (freshers can apply).
Prior experience in sales, BPO, or customer care is an added advantage.

Number of calls made/attended per day.
Lead conversion rate / sales achieved.
Customer satisfaction score.
Accuracy of data entry and call logs.
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
? Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
