- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in Sales products such as (Personal loan, Home loan, Business loan, LAP & Insurance)
- Excellent communication skills and convincing ability.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Field sales, selling of all loan products.
- New client acquisition.
- Convincing customers for new products and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Responsible for processing documentations of loans and other financial services.
- Find new business opportunities and customers
- Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services
- Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
- Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities
- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
