Job Description


Introduction A Tele Marketing Executive who can help us attract and qualify more potential customers. He / She will be responsible for acquiring and generating new leads, conducting research for the target market, developing lead-generation strategies, searching for the right people and businesses, and establishing connections through outbound marketing. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: -Identify and target potential customers within the defined market segments to generate leads for the sales team.
  • Cold Calling:- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company\'s products and services, and gauging their interest.
  • Product Knowledge-: Develop a understanding of the SaaS products and services offered
  • Qualification:- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority, ensuring they meet the company\'s ideal customer profile.
  • Appointment Setting:- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Follow-Up:- Regularly follow up with leads through phone calls and email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Customer Data Management:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and relevant information in the company\'s CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics:- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation quotas.
  • Team Collaboration:- Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead priorities and share information about leads.
  • Reporting:- Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion rates to management.
  • Compliance:- Adhere to company policies and all telemarketing regulations, ensuring all calls are made in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
