As a Tele Sales Executive for the domestic process in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers over the phone and convince them to purchase products or services offered by the organization. • Contact potential customers by phone to introduce and promote products or services.
• Make outbound calls to existing and new customers to achieve sales targets.
• Provide information and answer queries about products or services, including features, pricing, and delivery options. Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements.
• Persuade customers to make a purchase by highlighting product benefits and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products or services. Follow sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
• Record and update customer information, inquiries, and sales details accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 911,000.00 - 916,000.00 per month Benefits:
