Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executive to join JustDial at Begumpet, Hyderabad. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our services. This is a full-time position based in Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You will be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of our organization. We are looking for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in tele marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

Age : 18 to 30 yrs

Qualification : Graduate

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English communication
• Previous experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) or sales would be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of telecommunication systems
• Highly motivated and target-oriented

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
• Contact potential customers through telephone or email to promote our services
• Explain the features and benefits of our products to potential customers
• Engage in follow-ups and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase customer engagement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors\' activities
