Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Use various methods to generate leads such as cold calling, warm calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Contacting Prospects: Reach out to potential customers via telephone calls for New website development and designs projects through JUST DIALS and other projects classifieds sites.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers to encourage them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with a sales representative.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with leads and prospects who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer responses and concerns.
