Obtaining and updating list of contact details of the clients. Local calling to customers and pitching them about the latest product offerings. Calling active clients to encourage them to take up new facilities and products. Addressing client's uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time. Communicating requests and acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sale. Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines. To be updated about the latest product offerings and offers.

Job Requirement

Qualification- Graduate Good Communication skills Courteous and polite with customer service orientation Excellent written and oral communication skills * Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
