- Can communication in Hindi and English both.
- Experience in outbond calls/ Telecalling.
- Lead Generation Process.
- Outbond Telecalling exposureis preferable.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
- Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
- Scheduling meetings with counselors (Virtual or Personal).
- Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement.
- Converting inquiries into admissions.
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL.
- Day shift
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
- total work: 2 years (Preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
