Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers at all times.
Product/Service Promotion:
Explain product features and benefits to prospective clients, focusing on the value proposition.
Upsell or cross-sell products or services where applicable.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets or KPIs as set by the department.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and track progress until conversion.
Handling Inquiries and Issues:
Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns or complaints efficiently.
Provide after-sales support as required.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity, outcomes, and sales progress.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Follow company guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain a high standard of call quality and customer satisfaction.
