Make outbound calls to potential candidates to brief them about current openings for our clients.
Source experienced candidates through calls, job portals, references, and networking.
Explain job profiles, work conditions, and client expectations clearly to candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and call logs regularly.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and HR/operations teams.
Follow up with candidates for interview attendance, document submission, and joining.
Meet daily/weekly sourcing and placement targets.
Prepare daily recruitment reports and share updates with management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate / 12th Pass.
Experience:
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience in
telecalling, recruitment, or staffing
, preferably in the
facility management or service industry
.
Strong communication and convincing skills in English and local languages.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, and email handling).
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently under targets.
