Role Overview
We are hiring a
Tele Calling Executive
responsible for engaging customers over phone calls, promoting products/services, and converting leads into successful sales or qualified opportunities. This role requires strong persuasion skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to assigned leads/data
Pitch products/services and close sales over the phone
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly revenue goals
Update customer information and call outcomes accurately
Handle objections and follow up to maximize conversions
Coordinate with internal sales or operations teams when required
Skills & Eligibility
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Clear and confident phone etiquette
Comfortable working with targets and incentives
Basic knowledge of CRM systems or dialing tools
Languages: Hindi mandatory, English preferred
Ideal Candidate
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing
Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented
Ability to handle pressure and rejections positively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.33 - ?30,265.11 per month
