Roles and Responsibilities 1. Answering calls and resolving queries about Laser Machines or company. 2. Making inbound /outbound calls. 3. Good convincing skills making inquirer into prospective buyers. 4. Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis. 5. Being point of contact between Service engineer and Potential Customer necessities and related queries. 6. Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines. 7. Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about Machines or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts. 8. Responding to inquiries, queries and concerning about servicesthe organization 9. Calling active and old customers to encourage the purchase of new Product of organisation ( experience in telesales will be added advantage.) 10. Maintaing accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis. 11. Acquiring and updating an individual\'s contact details. 12. Be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
Requirements
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role. 10th ,12th or Degree Excellent knowledge of the Gujarati,Hindi language Good knowledge of computer programs like Microsoft excel,word. Proven track record of successfully meeting service details over the phone. Ability to switch communication styles
