Job Summary for Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer
- Meet potential and existing customers face-to-face within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell company products or services to increase revenue.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into successful sales deals.
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and collect relevant market information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports and sales records.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM software (preferred).
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or 12th pass (as per company requirement).
