Manage and confirm bookings using the internal reservation system.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update booking logs.
Coordinate with the operations team to confirm availability and schedules.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
