Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our HR compliance and recruitment services Handle incoming calls and provide basic information or direct to the concerned team Draft and respond to professional emails Schedule appointments, client meetings, and follow-ups for the management team Maintain records of calls, leads, and client communications Coordinate with the internal team for smooth event and meeting setups Assist in planning and communicating for HR training programs or workshops

Requirements

:

Female candidates only Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus) Basic computer and email handling knowledge Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or admin support is preferred
Note : Incentive provided based on the performance.
