The Tele Caller Executive is responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales or service targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum education: [Specify, e.g., High School / Graduate]
Prior experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role is an advantage

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems
