Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls:

Contacting potential and existing customers to introduce offerings, generate interest, and persuade them to buy.

Inbound Calls:

Handling incoming calls to answer questions, provide information, and resolve customer complaints.

Lead Management:

Following up on leads, nurturing prospects, and transferring qualified opportunities to sales teams.

Data Management:

Accurately recording interactions, updating customer details in CRM systems, and maintaining databases.

Customer Service:

Ensuring high customer satisfaction by addressing needs and providing solutions, often under pressure.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication, clarity, and persuasive language.

Interpersonal:

Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and show patience.

Technical:

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Personal Attributes:

Strong work ethic, time management, problem-solving, and ability to work towards targets.
