Customer service:
Handle incoming calls to answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide support or information about products and services.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, update customer information in a database or CRM system, and document sales and follow-ups.
Communication and rapport:
Follow communication scripts, customize them as needed, and build relationships with both potential and existing clients.
Reporting:
Provide feedback and report observations to management and the sales or support team to help improve customer experience.
Goal achievement:
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets set by management.
