Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities

Outbound and inbound calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote steel products and services, and handle incoming calls to answer questions and address concerns.

Lead generation and sales:

Identify and qualify new leads, explain product features and benefits, persuade customers to purchase, and work to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Customer relationship management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.

Information management:

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems with contact information, notes, and sales progress.

Customer support:

Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on product information, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate details to customers.

Collaboration:

Work with sales and support teams to improve customer experience and close leads.

Adherence to policies:

Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures during all telecalling activities.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
