We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our System Integration team. The
candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our IT and
system integration solutions, and generating leads for the sales team. Freshers with good
communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services.
Explain system integration solutions such as networking, security, surveillance, IT
infrastructure, etc.
Identify customer requirements and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in the database.
Follow up on leads and maintain proper call records.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth follow-ups.
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication skills in English and local language.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Willingness to learn about IT products and system integration solutions.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Any graduate
