Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Generate leads, maintain call records, and update CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality customer interaction.
Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
