Job Description
Roles:- Transfer the call after qualifying the customer.- It is lead transfer process.- Qualifying parameters are - Speak with Decision Maker, Currently how the cleaning is done In-house or Outsourced, frequency (how many times in a week).- Sales Support regarding Janitorial services for the Business.Skills:Candidate should possess good oral and written communication skills.Hands on experience using a dialer software.Candidate with good international sales/customer service skills would be preferredCandidate should have experience in international Customer Support Voice Process.Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.Should be open to work in Night shifts (USA).Should be open to work in both inbound and outbound process.Shift: USA time zone 6:30PM To 4:30AMJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?18,086.00 - ?37,022.36 per monthSchedule:
