1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer interaction roles Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome Female candidates preferred

Education

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and customers Present company products and services clearly and professionally Maintain and update a database of prospects Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings Deliver prompt and effective customer support Contribute to achieving sales and service targets Only Female required
