Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls

: Initiate calls to potential customers for marketing purposes, sales, or surveys.

Inbound Calls

: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing information on products or services.

Lead Generation

: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication.

Sales

: Promote and sell products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Service

: Provide high-quality service by resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in a CRM system.

Follow-Up

: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.

Script Adherence

: Follow scripted dialogues while also able to communicate authentically, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Feedback Collection

: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Skills Required:

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in Gujrati, English and Hindi.

Persuasion Skills

: Ability to persuade and influence customers positively.

Customer Focus

: Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Time Management

: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize calls.

Problem-Solving

: Strong resolving skills to address customer queries or complaints.

Computer Proficiency

: Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.
Qualifications:

Education

: Typically, a bachelor's degree Medical knowledge preferred , BHMS , BAMS , BDS

Experience

: Previous experience in healthcare in tele calling, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not always required.
Working Conditions:

Telecallers usually work in an office hours and may have to adhere to specific shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
This role is essential in driving sales and maintaining customer relationships, making good communication and interpersonal skills crucial for success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
