The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers or respond to inbound customer inquiries.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and convert them into sales (if applicable).
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in CRM or Excel.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections politely and efficiently.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for lead closure and follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Adhere to company policies, confidentiality, and call quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to persuade and negotiate.
Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
