Job Summary Responsible for the design, implementation, operational support of the Company internet protocol network. Provides expert-level technical advice and support for real time analysis, design, testing and operations of internet protocol router networks, etc. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.



Core Responsibilities

• Understand & Review Business Requirements, high-level designs, and low-level designs
• Prepare provisioning procedures, MoP (Migration, Upgrade etc) and Configuration templates for production trial and service implementation and test the same in lab to ensure smooth and event less rollout in production
• Solution delivery into lab, preproduction, and production environment and handover to operations
• Owning respective platforms for the entire lifecycle of the platform encompassing commissioning, maintaining, and retiring of platform
• Gain a high-level detailed knowledge of hardware and software to consult in feature availability and performance with test engineers, design engineers and vendors.
• Automate day to day implementation procedures using NETCONF-YANG models and python

Employees at all levels are expected to:

• Nokia NRS2 certification
• Strong hands-on experience of Nokia 7750 platforms
• IP networking and Routing/Switching such as MPLS, LDP, ISIS, MP-BGP, VPN Services (VPLS, VPRN), QoS, EVPN and debug/mirroring services
• Knowledge of firewalls, Spine and Leaf architecture, VxLAN would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Cisco IOS-XR, NXOS, F5 LTM/GTM and Mobile 5G SA technologies would be advantageous
• Ability to apply Open-config and Vendor specific NETCONF-YANG models, JSON and XML payload for network automation to configure and manage routers
• Strong knowledge of Python and GIT
• Experience in working with other technical teams and technology specialists
• Attention to details, capable of multi-tasking and meeting timeline
• Able to handle others\' expectations and deliver solutions in complex environments
• Clear communicator with excellent writing, report writing and presentation skills; capable of constructing and delivering clear ideas and concepts concisely and accurately for diverse audiences
• Evidence of excellent customer service skills and a commitment to improving services and performance for end users
• Ability to analyse and interpret information, pre-empt and evaluate issues, and recommend and appropriate course of action to address the issues.
• Problem solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands.
