Technology Support (Systems Support)Associate HR Technology Specialist 2Systems SupportTitle: Systems SupportRole SummaryWe are seeking a Systems Support to join our new shared capability centre (HSCC) based in Hyderabad, integrating into our broader, Global Operating Model.You will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the Workday HCM solution and will act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries escalated by the Global Virtual Hub and cascaded down from counterparts across Group HR Operations whilst administering more complex Workday transactional activities as directed. You may also play a support role in continual improvement of Workday HCM processes.This role will fit in as part of the Global People Technology delivery model, with opportunity to work with different stakeholders based in different countries.Key Responsibilities

• First point of contact liasing with the Global Virtual Hub team on system-related queries as they are escalated, through to resolution.
• Administer bulk administration activities within the Workday platform as escalated by the Global Virtual Hub and cascaded down from senior counterparts of the People Technology team.
• Provide Workday transactional support and training to the Global Virtual Hub to further build out their technical support capability.
• Assist in the configuration of technical changes within Workday, as directed by Core HR & Systems Support Owner.
• Support initiatives surrounding the continual improvement within Workday HCM, and their interaction with other core Workday modules implemented across the business.
• Assist with the development and management of training material including user guides and how-to documentation.

• Experience with day-to-day administration of People Technology solutions.
• Experience with Workday configuration desirable but not essential.
• Fair understanding of HR processes preferred - particularly joiner, mover, leaver processes.
• Ability to operate and partner effectively within a People Technology team.
• Willingness to upskill on technology and learn new skills/systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
