Profile IBM BAW (FileNet, Case Manager, & BPM) Administrator Experience 4 - 8 years Qualification BE/BTech/MCA in Comp. Sc., IT related Technology stack IBM BAW/Case Manager Administration, Deployments (IBM FileNet, ICM, ICN Certified in FileNet deployment professional 5.5.3) Hands-on experience : v Install, upgrade, and configure components for IBM BAW v20, Case Manager 5.2, 5.3.x , BPM on WebSphere 8.x/9.x and WAS ND(network deployment). v Installed Refresh Packs and Fix Packs to upgrade the WAS version to latest WAS ND. v Responsible for creating clusters including Horizontal and Vertical Clusters, cluster members to implement. High Availability, Work Load Management and Fail Over . v Configured JDBC Drivers, Data Sources and Connection Pools on Websphere Application Server to connect the J2EE components with Oracle Database, DB2, and MS-SQL Server. v Securing WebSphere Admin Console, Configuring LDAP(AD, Tivoli) user registries and Adding LDAP groups for various roles like Administrator, Monitor, Operator etc. v Mandatory IBM Certification on WebSphere administration v Mandatory Certification on Database Administration (DB2/Oracle/MS-SQL) v Hands-on experience in Upgrading FileNet CPE, Content Navigator, and IBM Case Manager on Dev, UAT, DC & DR environments. v Experience in creation of FileNet Domain and object store creations and configuration, configuring Records Management and archival policies. v Providing solutions to the clients on the issues faced in Prod environment and replicating the same in Dev and coming up with ideas to stabilize the environment.
