Title: Specialist, IT \xe2\x80\x93 Technology Enablement Location: Bangalore Your role Provide process development and system support, under minimal supervision, in one or more of the following technical areas: desktop, telecom, networks, servers, messaging, LAN, security, and job scheduling. This includes monitoring, testing, deploying, and input to the design of these environments. Responsible for the timely management of audit response and stakeholder support regarding industry standard security frameworks. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing Own assigned tasks and resolve general problems. Requires minimal direction, gives some guidance to others, some project work, and good knowledge of operating environments.

• Proactively monitor GRC platform support queues and prioritize daily activities.
• Provide general support on Baxter\xe2\x80\x99s GRC software problems
• Install, test, and maintain software and hardware components.
• Provide support for technical area of expertise.
• Provide on call support as required
• Participate on project teams as needed
• Provide technical guidance to other staff members.
• Identify technical support trends, determine root cause and potential solutions.
• Participate in the development of life cycle management processes and recommend improvements
• Participate with break/fix vendor management
• Document system/environment changes
• Extensive experience with GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust, etc.
• Business process engineering and ability to solve complex process issues with automation and solution-oriented proposals

• Strong knowledge of hardware, internals, peripherals, and software on platforms supported.
• Good understanding of validated or quality systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required, including 5+ years in a technical environment.
