About the Role

Tableau Application and Data Management Support

• Design, develop, and test Tableau dashboards and data visualizations
• Integrate dashboards and reports from a variety of sources, assuring that they adhere to data quality, usability and business rule standards
• Work closely with BI CoE IT for delivery of maintenance releases
• In-take end-user ad-hoc data visualization requests

Responsibilities

• Works with internal customers to gather specifications for data and report requirements.
• Creates and maintains a formal report writing process.
• Creates, maintains, optimizes, and supports new and existing dashboards as specified by end users.
• Develops SQL queries to extract, manipulate and/or calculate information to fulfill data and reporting requirements.
• Develop, modify, maintain, and support custom dashboards for both ad-hoc and ongoing business needs.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce sales cloud, Teradata
• Experience in one or more of the following: Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire
• Analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required
• 3 to 5 years of experience working in Tableau Administration
• Distinguishes between critical and irrelevant pieces of information. Gathers information from a variety of sources to reach a conclusion.
• Should be flexible to stretch as per business requirement

Desired Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with analyzing and querying data using SQL.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Tableau Admin Certified
• Able to multi-task to accomplish tasks effectively
• Ability to recognize and escalate to management for any process breaches
• Flexibility to work in different shifts
