About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant... In this role, you will: Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams Required Qualifications, International: Strong Knowledge of Desktop Software Asset Management Write SQL Queries as per the requirement and generate/build SQL reports and act as Back up to Run SQL install and Usage reports as requested by the APCOE and LOB\'s. Back up for Updates to Aggregator - Review the aggregator to ensure a new package matches the TSC product ID, edit and update TSC OPID\'s Sound Knowledge in Microsoft Excel Good working experience in SharePoint. Ability to attend customer facing meetings throughout the day Adapt / adhere to the process and look for improvements towards continuous improvements and ideas. Ability to introduce Automation to reduce workloads and redundancy. Understand the process workflow in tools and services like Remedy and other Ticketing Tools. Good Work Experience and ability in Root Cause Analysis and reporting. Wanda Service Requests - Packets are opened to DSAM to research a package Manage the F4RM queue for requests coming in asking to access the internet for desktop software Approve Change Requests as a stakeholder for software being moved to production Strong communication skills required as coordination with project managers, line of business contacts are key responsibilities of this role Desired Qualifications: University degree in Business or related discipline. Experience of more than 7 years in technology. Strong analytical skills. Fluency in English and at least one regional language. 7+ years of systems support analysis experience Knowledge in automation and languages including SCCM, PowerShell, WMI, SQL 5+ years technical technology infrastructure and Windows systems administration experience Job Expectations: The Personal Compute Desktop Software Asset Management Team will focus daily on SACM related activities including Lifecycle, QUALYS Remediation, Product Rationalization and desktop licensing using multiple tools. It will require attending multiple meetings throughout the day to provide feedback where appropriate. This role will be working closely with our Peers both in and outside of our organization.
