Job Description

Architect, Technology and Innovation Lead is a strategic and influential position and is responsible for shaping, driving, and executing the technical strategy and direction for respective tech function.

leadership, business and enterprise architect leadership, the lead Architect will drive forward the technology direction to enable the modernization and enable the delivery of advanced technologies, using cloud, AI/ML, data, advanced analytics, and automation. Thus, this role will facilitate both creating new technology opportunities aligned to business priorities, as well as enable new business opportunities lead by technology.

Working alongside both Enterprise Business Architecture, Global Architecture and functional leader in the Architect, Technology and Innovation Lead will develop, own and lead the execution of roadmaps, influence the strategic direction and oversee architecture and technology decisions for assigned function enabling functional and central capability development and transformation programs for, advanced analytics, AI transformation, machine learning, productivity and automation.

Implement a technology architecture roadmap and future strategy (Modernization of functional architecture - Platform, Information, and Application).

Provide advice on technical aspects of system development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly. Ensure that business requirements are well mapped /incorporated into system design and the appropriate technology, skill and tool are chosen and aligned. Proactively identify and determine cases of Proof of Concept/Proof of Value and set the direction and approach to achieve.

Desired Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field 10+ years' work experiences including Information Technology experience in multiple technical areas and roles/ Deep technical expertise across different business areas and technologies - infrastructure, application domain and engineering

Hands on expertise with Cloud Strategy (AWS/Azure), Distributed systems and saas applications, Data Platforms & Analytics OR AI&ML, Infor DevOps

Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the proven ability to develop audience appropriate communications across both business and technical domains. Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations.

Proven track record of delivering complex programs. Proven track record on delivering a technical/architectural roadmap and implementation.

Validated skills of strong learning agility and relationship building to inspire change using leading Tech.

Ability to influence change at all levels up to and including AVP (M4) and IO (M5) level. Customer focused and accustomed to ensuring services are designed to meet external customer needs.

Experience in developing architectural direction and gaining alignment with various architectural teams depending on functional scope.

Experience with portfolio management and formal project management methodologies, agile frameworks (including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and solid understanding of associated practices and tools. A high level of intellectual curiosity, external perspective, strong learning agility and innovation interest. Operating with a product first mindset.

Deep understanding of privacy regulations about Information technology and security.

Position located in Bengaluru, India working in a hybrid model.
