What is the opportunity? As a Technology Analyst within Enterprise Technology Group, you will learn, grow, and contribute as part of a highly competent IT Department, supporting a leading-edge mixed cloud and on-premises environment. This role is based at Trivandrum/Chennai, India
Reports to This role reports to the Manager, Technology Group.
Primary Responsibilities

• Work with the CIO office to evaluate, and test new technologies in alignment with the enterprise roadmap.
• Research, analyse and recommend current trends, standards, practices, and products in an IT environment.
• Analyse requirements and provide advice and guidance on IT matters to various audiences, such as end-users, business partners and management.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and coordinate with technology teams to build and implement technology solutions.
• Ensure that the requirements map to a genuine business need, are approved by all relevant stakeholders, and meet essential quality standards.
• Gather feedback from end users about system performance and perform analysis in order to continue improving systems effectively.
• Analyse the data coming from different IT systems and derive meaningful insights.
• Document business process and system interaction flow for information systems within the enterprise
• Work with subject matter experts to
  • Create educational material on technology for employee consumption.

• Maintain the IT knowledge base for employee use.
• Work in a service-focused environment and deal directly with employees of different levels
• Responsible for reviewing authorized changes/releases to the IT infrastructure as per the change management process.
• Participate and support audit reviews and inspections.
• Support to implement enterprise information systems.
• Provide recommendations to enhance IT systems, services, and processes.
• Support the management and technology team in taking informed decisions.
• Liaise with end-users (including senior management), partners and external vendors to resolve issues and recommend next steps.
• Create reports and presentations to share with stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 2+years of hands-on experience in a technology or business analysis role
• Technology background with a technologist diploma or professional technology equivalent designation
• Collaborator with a technical mind set and a sharp focus on delivering business value.
• Knowledge of different technology components with understanding of business practices
• Adaptable, flexible, and open-minded with an aspiration to learn and grow.
• Willingness to learn and deep dive into new technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with stakeholders across the organization.
• Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated on latest technology trends.
