The delivery of IT agenda for Integrated operations is dependent on multiple IT platforms and Global Order 2 Cash is one of those. The platform delivers strategic and global IT solutions for end-to-end Order to Cash cycle aligned to the iOps ways of working. Some of these solutions are Pega, High Radius & S4 HANA AATP. Aligned to the iOps roadmap, we are delivering these solutions across markets globally and a timely delivery of these applications within the budget and specified timelines is essential for landing the iOps benefits in Unilever markets. The purpose of this job is to deliver the IT capabilities in the Order Management & Claims space using Pega as the underlying technology platform and other associated technologies. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: . Pega is highly used as Unilever strategic IT solution for \'Order Management & Claims\' for close to 180 Unilever markets. The solution is implemented using a technology suite that includes SAP ECC, Integration technologies like Mulesoft, Hyper automation factory tools bots and associated technologies. . As a primary accountability, the techno functional SME for Pega will be accountable to understand business requirements, have detailed discussions with relevant stakeholders to align on the scope. . To work with IT Vendor partners to get the feasibility study done along with Devops team for the requirements (cost, effort, timelines, tech stack alignment, best practices). These CRs will undergo the development life cycle (including testing). . CRs delivered should meet the business benefit. It could be time & \'or\' effort reduction in execution cycles, improvement in business KPIs, FTE reduction, removal of overheads, process improvement, adoption rate etc. . Inputs of techno functional SME are crucial for smooth running of a robust devops CR model to ensure reusability of existing IT components and fast tracking the delivery of solutions to Unilever markets at lower TCO. Support operations team to resolve incidents / problem tickets as deemed. . Project resource fulfilment with devops team - timely planning of the required project resources, funding, aligned with the iOps governance compliance. . Involvement in various phases of project so that business stakeholders and iOps governance is updated with the right status. Supplier management to ensure that we are equipped with quality resources to deliver the right quality product and optimal utilization of resources. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Overall 10+ years of experience in IT of which 5+ years of experience working on SME roles. Good IT knowledge and appreciation for the systems and integration. Proposing workable technical solutions which are designed to deliver performance-oriented solutions is the key. Understanding of PaaS architecture and layer cake principles is mandatory. Devops experience preferred. Bachelor\'s in engineering, Computer Science required, and Masters/MBA preferred Experience building and managing high performing teams and design/delivery of quality IT applications Ability to work with multiple cultures, both within team and stakeholders Good domain knowledge to be able to work with Platform Directors, and global Stakeholders to ensure alignment within and outside Unilever IT organizations.
