:Deep knowledge of Retail industry and trendsAgile - Backlog Planning, Sprint ExecutionFunctional knowledge of SAP IS -Retail (Merchandising Management - Assortment, Allocation, Pricing and Promotion)JIRA for Backlog planning, detailing & sprint executions? 8-10 years of experience as Product Owner or Techno-Functional role leading IS-Retail Project
? Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in SAP S/4 HANA
? Good Experience in implementing S4HANA and cloud products
? Preferred to have IS Retail Solution implementation knowledge
? Good integration experience with third party systems/ tools is desirable
? Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadliness
? Experience of active involvement with Functional Business Process Owners in order to identify business requirements, define business process solutions, configure and test the SAP system and document the business process design and configuration settings.
? Experience\\\\Training in Agile, hybrid delivery ; Prior experience Designing & delivering SAP S/4 Solution
? Ability to work in a fast paced team atmosphere and to work with client personnel at various levels effectively is critical.
? Taking ownership of all the backlogs of Retail Team and closely work with SAP Product Owner for understanding the requirements, translating them to backlogs and drive them to closure as per SAP product standards through self organized development teamSAP IS Retail
