Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including both traditional mechanical and modern electronic systems and sensors.
Physical capability to work on various vehicle components, sometimes in awkward positions
Ability to explain complex issues and necessary repairs clearly to customers.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed on vehicles.
Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to provide efficient service.
