About the Team

The central Business Excellence team with works closely with all business units for all aspects related to Continuous Improvements (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizens, etc.) This team also had members in allied domains like International ISO Standards (QMS/ISMS), data privacy, business continuity, etc. The Continuous Improvement professional in this team works together to support/mentor the business unit's colleagues to achieve organizational and team goals.

Job Location: Magarpatta City, Pune - India

Years of Experience: 8+ years

we will be working in a hybrid model, 3 days' work from office & 2 days WFH.

Purpose of the role:

Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, engaging yet comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards

Key Tasks:

? Plan, develop, organize, write and edit user-friendly content (procedures manuals) that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
? Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
? Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
? Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field
? 8-10 years' industry experience as an effective technical writer
? Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
? Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences across geographies

? Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
? Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content

Preferred Qualifications:

? Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
? Previous software development experience
? Experience using XML tools to create documentation

Core Systems Knowledge Preferred:

? SAP S4One, Internal Financial tools
