The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Technical Writer Mechanical Engineer: Role / Objective Technical Writer (TE) will support in creating, maintaining, and releasing Lubrication Systems documentation including Product Manuals, System Manuals, User guides, Technical Specs, Release Notes etc. His activities include consolidating & management of the global set of technical documents. Harmonize the technical documentation across multiple product lines and geographies and use industry standard practices such as Simplified Technical English and Style Guides. Explore advanced documentation technologies such as AI/ML to enhance customer experience. Technical documents prepared in multiple European languages (German, French, Finnish) to be translated into English. Translate the master documents into multiple European languages based on market needs and legal requirements. English to be the master language for all technical documents. Key Responsibilities . Existing document update for harmonization of content . Create new manuals for new products and maintenance of existing documents . Upgrading of existing documentation with audio/visual artifacts . Translation of new and upgraded documentation . Use of latest technology trends such as AR, AI/ML, etc. to take documentation to next level Desired Skills: Experience in Technical Publication for product services and Maintenance strategy Breakdown to differentiate Manufacturing, Assembly, Disassembly, Testing, Inspection, Calibration procedures. Experience in creating Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Service, Repair and Inspection Manuals. Software & Tools: Adobe InDesign Docuglobe MS Word Any other Authoring / Technical Publication Tools Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering
