Job Description
Minimum Qualifications: Completed a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a field related to Design/Fashion Technology/Textile Engineering or similar Desirable Qualifications: Background in a technical field such as that related to electronics engineering is a plus. Essential Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge in garments/textile technology
- Sound knowledge of materials, pattern making, panelling, experience with prototyping of designs
- Good with rapid iterative development of mock ups and testable design units
- Knowledge about and/or experience working with shapewear and fitted wearables is a plus
- Knowledge about and/or experience working with conductive threads/yarns or electronic garments/textiles is a plus
- An analytical mind and good documentation skills
- Develop and execute garment designs and construction for an electronic wearable medical device
- Research of materials as per product requirements, buying textile and material, assisting, and coordination with sewing and prototyping process
- Detailed documentation of the process and development of digitised outputs
