Summary:
Edifecs and our Edifecs University training team is growing as we take on the challenge of propelling the healthcare industry into a 21st century system of value-based care and SaaS-based transaction processing systems used to support key administrative functions. Our instructors help ensure customer success by providing them with education and training on our solutions, which are used in mission-critical systems at most of the major Blue plans, commercial healthcare insurance companies, and other companies in the healthcare industry. Instructors also work with our employees to ensure that our own people understand and can implement solutions using our technologies.
What you will do:
Deliver consistent, high quality training on Edifecs solutions to Edifecs customers, partners and employees, both on-site and through web-based tools.
Participate in maintaining Edifecs training materials and customize, as needed. Collaborate with the training content development team to drive creation of training materials.
Work with Edifecs Professional Services project teams and clients to develop effective training agendas, deliver on those agendas, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of current Edifecs solutions and new releases
What you will bring:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, business computing or related field - or equivalent experience.
2 years in training delivery and curriculum development, including 1 years experience in enterprise-scale software product training, both live and web-based modes, preferably with the middleware and/or healthcare systems providers (TIBCO, IBM, TriZetto, etc.)
Must have a working knowledge of relevant software tools and technologies such as Windows/Unix/Linux, relational databases, messaging middleware, Java and XML.
Background in enterprise software implementation/application development a plus.
EDI and US healthcare system knowledge a plus.
Must be able to quickly learn new technologies.
Must possess excellent presentation skills.
Must possess excellent classroom management skills.
