We are hiring Field Engineers in almost all the towns/cities in Tamilnadu, Andhra, Telengana, Karnataka & Kerala. Eligiblle candidates are requested to apply with theri location preference. Responsibilities: -
Expected Start Date: 01/03/2024
- Provide customer service and support during field visits or dispatches, as per agreed KPIs & SLA.
- Tie workflow to schedule manage on-site satellite terminal installation, repair, maintenance, audit, and test tasks of VSAT / Telecom IT Services, ATM, UPS, DTH & Broadband.
- Diagnose errors and technical problems.
- Determine proper solutions for satellite terminals and yield desired productivity in the field.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes.
- Spares Movement \xe2\x80\x93 Good replacement & Defective returns on time.
- Adhering process and compliances - Field automation systems.
- Build positive relationships with customers & Brand.
- Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Diploma or ITI in ECE & EEE or any relevant technical degree.
- Android Mobile to work with Satellite Terminal
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- 0 - 1 year experience in V-Sat, ATM, DTH or any Networking relevant companies and Jobs.
- English literacy with local language.
- Long term employment assurance in organization min 24 months.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Familiarity with mobile tools, applications, and network concepts.

- Laptop & tools will be provided.
- Android Mobile recharges reimbursement will be provided.
- Additional quarterly Incentive based on the Performance Point of the activity completed.
- Travel expenses shall be claimed as actuals.
