Your Role and Responsibilities Technical Support Professional, who will manage business processes and deliver the client requirements leading/coordinating with various function leads. He will be the lead spec to VIL Business and VIL IT team to carry out the projects as well as BAU activities. He/she has to ensure CSAT to be maintained as per service level agreement Act as the day-to-day BAU activity interface into the Operational & Business processes and is responsible for ensuring the execution of the process. Acting as a Team lead for Internal Facing applications and must coordinate with client and all function leads for problem solving Assisting the team in the resolution of technical/functional issues, as required Who has knowledge in key functional processes Awareness of business activities. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve the application issues and provide the root cause analysis as required. Has ability to understand business requirements and coordinate with multiple service line owners for client deliverables Required Technical and Professional Expertise Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Electronics & telecommunication. In-depth knowledge of HLR, Prepaid/Post-paid system Proficient in Telecom domain knowledge Proficient in technical and communication skills. Proficient in using MS Office tools', PL/SQL, Unix, Shell scripting Good understanding of infrastructure technologies 7-8 years of relevant industry experience Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Electronics & telecommunication. In-depth knowledge of HLR, Prepaid/Post-paid system Proficient in Telecom domain knowledge Proficient in technical and communication skills. Proficient in using MS Office tools', PL/SQL, Unix, Shell scripting Good understanding of infrastructure technologies 7-8 years of relevant industry experience Required Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Master's Degree
