The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining IT hardware, and coordinating with the central support team. This role requires daily field visits and immediate resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:Field Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide onsite support across assigned
GCC zones
in Chennai.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to
desktops, laptops, printers, network, and basic server connectivity
.
Install, configure, and maintain system hardware and software.
Handle printer installations, driver updates, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with the backend support team for unresolved or escalated issues.
Maintenance & Documentation:
Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and system updates.
Document issues, resolutions, and daily field visit reports.
Maintain asset inventory and ensure all systems are functional.
Coordination & Client Handling:
Interact professionally with GCC officials and staff for support requirements.
Provide prompt updates to the project manager on issue status.
Ensure timely resolution and maintain SLA performance.

Pay: ₹218,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
