:Technical Support Executive

  • One year experience in Technical Support Representative or Customer Service Executive.
  • Willing to work from office on UK Shift.
  • Understanding and knowledge of digital sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Creating a plan for generating leads and closing sales, or social media presence, attending industry events, sending emails, or making phone calls to potential clients
  • Maintaining relationships with current customers to ensure they are satisfied and will continue to purchase products and services
  • Network of contacts within an industry or community by initiating contact with potential clients and establishing personal relationships over time.
  • Providing customer service to clients by answering questions about products or services provided by the company
Qualification Any Graduation ( excellent Good communication in English)

if it is 12th pass & Diploma with 2year of experience

Salary 18,000 to 20,000 INR + incentive (other benefits Food & Accommodation is provided by the company )
