  • The Candidate will be responsible for the setup and monitor of software and technical equipment like firewall, server, wireless devices, other related equipment,
  • Should have deep knowledge of server virtualization, Firewall, Proxy server, Office365, Adobe, VMware and other software.
  • Azure Knowledge and support will be extra advantage
Responsibilities :
  • First line technical contact person for a selected set of clients.
  • Products demos and POCs along with sales team
  • Comfortable in technical discussions with clients
  • Good in data analytics, self- starter with new technologies
  • This job would require self-learning regarding IT products and Debugging skills.
  • Provide support to client on remote / on site/ on call as per the company's timings.
Experience must haves:
  • Understanding of Window server / Domain Controller and active directories deployment
  • Installation of Switch, Routers and Firewall
  • configuration of Firewall trusted and untrusted zones, NAT, IPS, application control and URL filtering, AV and AB, ACS, static and dynamic routing, Telnet and SSH, Site to Site and Remote Access VPN, ACLS user management etc.
  • A s a Support Engineer for Microsoft 365 (Teams, Skype, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online etc.), you will be at the front lines with end customers/clients supporting them with their Microsoft 365 needs specifically helping them navigate the journey to the cloud on the Microsoft 365.
  • You will find yourself in a different and varied technical activities like providing technical help to a customer/client over the phone/email.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Provide technical and operational subject matter expertise of Office 365 with emphasis in security (Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies for Office 365, Azure AD Identity Protection, MFA, and Conditional Access).
  • Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and other O365 collaboration tools. -Engineer Office 365 Groups, Teams, providing deep technical knowledge on various Teams architecture elements deployed.
  • Support the development, deployment, and execution of Office 365 services and develop related service strategies. -Develop concise and accurate engineering documentation including design, artifacts, knowledge guides, and operating procedures.
  • Administer and support Office 365 support configurations and policies.
