We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Executive with the knowledge in networking. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of CCNA principles, proficient knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches, and a passion for delivering exceptional network support. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and maintenance for networking infrastructure. Configure, install, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and related network devices. Diagnose and resolve network issues using various troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network connectivity. Implement and maintain network security protocols and procedures. Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues. Document network configurations, processes, and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree. CCNA certification or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong understanding of networking fundamentals. Proficiency in configuring and managing routers and switches. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment. Knowledge of network security best practices is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Shift:
