Job Overview: The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers via phone, email, or chat during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or chat. Provide timely and accurate solutions to customers\' technical problems. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently. 2. Technical Assistance: Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior technical support when necessary. 3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided. Update the knowledge base with new troubleshooting techniques and solutions. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical support team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback to the product development and quality assurance teams to help improve our products and services.
