Principal Accountabilities
IT Admin are responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems. An IT admin\'s duties include configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users. Admins may work at a help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems. They may also be responsible for writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies, negotiating contracts with vendors, and developing contingency plans in case of network failure.
This position is accountable for the following roles and responsibilities:

  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Setup new joiner IT system and other formalities (System set up, configuration, profile set help to activate account, MFA, Phone setup)
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 IT Assets shifting of employee for change of sitting. Maintaining the records for the same.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Stock management for Internet equipment (e.g. dongles).
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Issuance and tracking of battery cell (mouse & keyboard, TV Remotes, Mics).
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily inspection of Video Conference setup and any irregularities in Conference room & Board room.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily inspection of Trio setup in meeting rooms.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshooting printers (Case log, Paper jam, hardware issue, cartridge).
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily checks for Server Room, Hub Room for any anomalies. Video wall Management.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 IT/System setup for candidates arriving for interviews or external guest.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Hardware support, connecting with Dell Support for any new order, repairs or replacements.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Townhall Setup verification organized in cafeteria or other location within organization.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Internet lease line, PRI line and MPLS line invoice submission and co-ordination with vendors.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Coverage during prime-time (Business) hours from Monday through Friday (local time) and on-call support for urgent situations on non-prime-time hours, weekends and holidays. There might also be the requirement to work some weekends.

Skills
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent , including Windows Environment & Microsoft platform.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive equipment support experience with hardware & software basic troubleshooting, asset tagging and management knowledge.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexibility to respond and adapt to new, different, or changing situations, requirements, or priorities.
