Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Setup and implementation of SmartWinnr for organizations;
- Conduct regular data uploads into the system;
- Help customers maintain organizational hierarchy within the system, create contests, help to run gamification, do regular data checks;
- Understand and answer customer's questions through email;
- Keep yourself updated with latest changes and releases in SmartWinnr;
- Minimum qualification of BCA/MCA or engineering degree;
- You should be willing to work in Night Shifts as well;
- Good to have experience in technical support, but it's not mandatory;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Enthusiasm to learn how to use software systems like SmartWinnr;
- Excellent proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, expert in VlookUps, creating charts, etc;
- Results-driven, self-starter, persistent, highly motivated;
- Has a passion to help others.
